By creating an account and subscribing to YourHRCoach.ai, you agree to these Account Terms of Service in addition to our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
To access the full features of YourHRCoach.ai, you must create an account using a valid email address. We use magic link authentication — no password is required. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your YourHRCoach.ai account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update that information as necessary. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their authorization.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all platform features. The following conditions apply to your free trial:
YourHRCoach.ai offers the following subscription plans:
Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
Billed annually. Saves $191 compared to monthly billing.
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change pricing for your plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and your new rate will apply at your next billing cycle.
By subscribing, you authorize HR Solutions On Call, LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until you cancel your subscription.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card information. If a payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again and may suspend access to your account until payment is received.
Promotional codes and coupons may be applied at checkout and are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your account or by contacting us at hello@yourhrcoach.ai.
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
To request a refund, contact us at hello@yourhrcoach.ai within 30 days of the charge in question. Refund requests outside this window will not be honored except where required by law.
We do not provide refunds for partial months or for dissatisfaction with AI-generated guidance.

Features are subject to change. We will notify subscribers of any material reduction in features with at least 14 days advance notice.
Your subscription is intended for use by a single user for legitimate business HR purposes. You may not share your account credentials with others or use your account to provide HR coaching services to third parties on a commercial basis without a separate written agreement with HR Solutions On Call, LLC.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that display usage patterns consistent with abuse, automated scraping, or unauthorized commercial use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
If we terminate your account for reasons other than your violation of these Terms, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of a paid subscription period.
Upon cancellation or termination of your account, your conversation history and personal data will be retained for 30 days to allow for any disputes or reactivation requests, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting hello@yourhrcoach.ai.
Guidance provided through YourHRCoach.ai is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of this platform. For legally sensitive HR matters, always consult a licensed employment attorney.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HR Solutions On Call, LLC shall not be liable for any employment decisions, legal outcomes, or business losses arising from your reliance on guidance provided through the Platform. Your use of the Platform and any action you take based on its guidance is entirely at your own risk.
We may update these Account Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
